Come work in 2 office locations and admit your patients to 1 hospital that is a mile from one of the offices. Join another ENT that has a huge referral network and is having to refer out a lot of patients. There will be a call of 1:6, 4 weeks of call every 6 months. The ideal candidate will be a general ENT with either a head and neck cancer fellowship or without a fellowship but likes doing parotid, thyroid, parathyroid, and other cancer surgeries.
