The top 50% of our drivers earn an average of $90,518 per year, making us a Certified Top Pay Carrier.
We offer practical vs short route miles, which pays 3-5% more annually, and profit sharing.
Drivers have the option to choose between our Western Regional fleet for more frequent home time or join our national OTR fleet travelling throughout the lower 48 states.
