The Role:
As an Outbound Warranty Sales Agent, you will:
Reach out to potential customers to offer extended appliance warranty sales.
Connect with existing customers to renew expiring warranties.
Utilize effective questioning techniques to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
Address customer concerns and objections by showcasing the benefits of our services and products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of sales experience
Previous outbound sales experience preferred
Familiarity with call center environments
Ability to handle objections effectively
Motivated by bonus-based sales environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer applications and multitasking
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Flexible availability to work scheduled shifts within specified hours
Technical Requirements:
This role requires the use of a personal Windows 10/11 device. Unfortunately, our remote software is not compatible with Macs or Chromebooks. Your device should have a minimum of an I3 processor and 8 GB RAM, and it must be directly connected to your modem with an ethernet cord for security. Additionally, you'll need to provide your own USB headset and webcam for training purposes.
