Duties include but may not be limited to: Developing and recommending the budget, concepts and objectives, and managing within those approved plansDirecting and overseeing the development of employeesImplementing payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for outlet operationsCoordinating outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest serviceResolving customer complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and qualityImplementing procedures to increase guest and employee satisfactionExercising quality control for both food and beveragePerforming daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standardsCoaching and counseling employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and proceduresWage Information: The salary range for this position is $76,000 to $96,000.
This is the range that Hyatt Regency Newport Beach reasonably expects to pay.
