Full-Time Receptionist: Willamette Family currently has an opening for a full-time receptionist at our outpatient treatment center. The receptionist is responsible for performing clerical functions, including greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
This position will be cross-trained with other department positions. Duties may include performing functions of other positions on any given work day.
Provide immediate assistance to walk-in individuals and families Perform screening for enrollment into all Willamette Family programs. Assisting with verification of insurance benefits. Identifying appropriate funding resources within Willamette Family programs. Facilitating intake to all Willamette Family programs, including completion of all necessary admission paperwork. Customer Service Representative, receiving incoming phone calls, routing calls, taking messages, collecting initial demographic information, and service excellence. General office duties: making copies, sending faxes, managing incoming faxes. Assisting with answering informational calls regarding services locally, internally, and statewide. Assisting clients in connecting and engaging with programs and services. Expected Schedule: Monday through Friday
12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
