Responsibilities: Developing individualized treatment plans for patientsClose communication with referral sourcesOutlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the planUsing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injuryStrong documentation skills recording patients' progress and modifying the plan of care as neededEducating patients and family members about the recovery process Qualifications: Passion around serving others!Wyoming license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain license.Must have pediatric and adult experience.Rotating weekends required between 5 therapists.
