Community Health Center of Northern NY is seeking a Family Practice Physician who is looking for a 100% employed Outpatient opportunity. Hours are 5 8-hour shifts within the posted facility hours: Monday & Friday 7 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday - Thursday 7 AM to 7 PM. NO Call.
Benefit time includes up to four weeks of vacation, four personal days, two weeks of sick time, and nine paid holidays.
CE allowance for travel/fees up to $5,000 annually.
Reimbursement for licensing and certification fees.
Compensation: Base salary is $218,500 - $300,000. Sign-on Bonus and Incentives available.
Benefits include malpractice coverage.
