What makes us clinician obsessed? ·      We are a mental health organization founded and led by experienced Psychiatrists.
·      We learn from our clinicians - Throughout our history we have listened to clinicians' feedback to improve the client and clinician experience. 
·      AI Transcription to automate note taking and documentation. On average this saves our clinicians 3 to 6 hours of documentation.
·      We do not believe the "growth at all costs" model works in mental health care. 
·      An executive team with experience leading healthcare organizations, providing stability for clinicians and greater access for clients. 
·      We prioritize your well-being and aim to prevent burnout. Our full-time W-2 clinicians are based on 25 billed hours per week, emphasizing work-life balance, flexibility, and time for self-care. 
·      We offer strong administrative support for our clinicians, reducing the burden of billing and paperwork, so you can focus on what you love—providing care. 
·      Enjoy Clinical Independence: You have the autonomy to make decisions about patient care and treatment while having the backing and guidance of our experienced executive Psychologists and Psychiatrists for case consultations. 
·      Participate in our weekly lecture series hosted by our leading clinicians. This is an opportunity each week to attend informative sessions on various mental health topics. 
\n Roles and ResponsibilitiesReview patients' medical history and collect additional information from family members and psychologists as neededEvaluate patients' emotional, behavioral and mental state through discussion, observation and analysisIdentify mental disorders and determine best treatmentsDevelop effective plan of care for patientsPrescribe medicationsAnalyze medical tests and track patients' progressCoordinate with healthcare professionals when hospitalization is requiredAdvise patients on how to cope with mental diseases and emotional breakdownsResearch medical issues and new medical treatments to update your knowledge on mental healthcare QualificationsMust have a medical degree, have completed an approved psychiatric residencyBoard Certification with The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)Full, unencumbered MD license in the state you practiceActive DEA in the state your prescribing   In-depth knowledge of various psychotherapeutic methodsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical terms and conditions to a non-medical audienceStrong observation skills to accurately evaluate patients' demeanor and identify symptomsA great bedside manner and the ability to remain calm, empathetic and patient while interacting with patients who suffer from severe mental disordersThoughtful and compassionateMust be able to work in office 1 day per week as part of our hybrid model
