The Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and provides direct client care for adults with serious mental illness, or children/adolescents with emotional disturbances. The RN utilizes a Recovery Based process that consists of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential.

How you will change lives… Behavioral Health Treatment
- Participate in the assessment of physical, functional, and psychological needs.
- Develop treatment plans by assisting persons served in setting goals.
- Meet with assigned persons served face-to-face as deemed medically necessary.
- Oversee individualized recovery process through clinical treatment.
- Manage pharmaceutical medical supplies.
- Identify emergency crisis, make clinical assessments, and respond accordingly.
Coordination of Care
- Work with psychiatrists to ensure quality outcomes are achieved.
- Collaborate with providers to coordinate psychiatric and medical treatment.
- Provide referral to community resources, facilitate access, and monitor activities to ensure persons served needs are met.

We are Hopeful you have…
- Registered Nurse or Bachelor Science in Nursing
- Active State of Michigan RN Licensure
- Psychiatric Nurse (RN) experience (preferred).
- Valid Michigan Driver's License.
