We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outpatient Therapist who's looking to excel in a professional clinical environment.

Salary Range: $46,240 - $62,568 annually
Qualifications Must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or LMHP-R, S, RP with the State of Virginia Master's Degree in related human services field EMDR Certification preferred 3 years' experience working in direct services of individuals with a diagnosis of mental illness Must have exceptional knowledge of effective mental health treatment modalities or best-practice approaches Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide outpatient individual, group and family therapy, case management, crisis management, skill building, and psycho-education services Performs an initial client intake and assessment and develops and carries out treatment plans Completes, maintains and updates written diagnostic assessments/records, diagnose clients based on: family functioning, psychological/emotional, social, academic, medical, behavioral, substance abuse, skills, and strengths, barriers to economic self-sufficiency, treatment history, and utilizing DSM-V to generate proper multi-axial diagnosis Provides the appropriate documentation for clinical purposes and proper record keeping Conduct documentation review where needed including progress notes, treatment plans and reports Perform other duties within the scope of the position as needed
