Compass Health Center is seeking an Outpatient TMS Psychiatrist to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role may be part-time or full-time and will primarily work from Compass' Chicago facility, with the potential for remote work 1-2 days per week. We are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist who is passionate about addressing the current nationwide behavioral health crisis, while leading Compass' first offering of TMS and Outpatient Psychiatry service. This position will champion and lead our TMS offering and treat high complexity outpatients as well as patients in our PHP and IOP programs. What You'll Do Provide Outpatient Psychiatry services both in person and virtuallyProvide initial TMS sessions to patients, and support and oversee provision of additional TMS sessions provided by TMS clinical staff.Coordinate, consult and champion TMS with Compass providers throughout system who treat PHP and IOP patients.Conducting psychiatric evaluations for Compass patients, establishing diagnoses, prescribing medication, and providing therapy and provide TMS when appropriate to outpatientsLeading TMS and Outpatient team include Nurse Practitioner, Manager and TMS techCollaborating with family therapists, individual therapists, nurses, and psychiatristsAverage 12-15 patient visits per dayWho You Are BE or BC in IllinoisLicensed or ability to obtain Illinois Board of Medical Practice LicensureAbility to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of IllinoisSkilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illnessExcellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
