OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for helping increasing patient volume and market share through the introduction of our services to patients, veteran service and outreach organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess a clear understanding of the organization's mission, vision, and foundation.
Deliver and coordinate educational presentations to existing and prospective members.
Help maintain working relationships with referral sources
Engage potential members through phone, text, and email
Give tours of Flagship Health Clinic and Mobile Clinic
Represent and promote the organization at community events
Collaborate with marketing to develop materials and ensure social media is utilized
Utilize CRM for leads, expense tracking, proposals, presentations, and other information
Research and identify local organizations and event
Participate in and contribute to management meetings and team projects.
Collaborate with the operations team in order to coordinate services.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: Min.
3 years of related experience (e.g., marketing, business development, community engagement, healthcare industry).
Demonstrated networking skills
Demonstrated public speaking and presentations skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with little supervision
Must be highly detail-oriented and able to build relationships with internal and external customers.
Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Military experience preferred but not required
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred

Salary Range:
Base Salary $50-60K, based on experience
Outreach Incentive Plan ($10-20K)
