The Outside Sales/Apparel person will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with potential customers to understand their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Lead generation, follow up and closing new business. Process leads and sales through the sales process by utilizing the CRM database. Work closely with the design and production team to develop solutions for customers. Provide exceptional customer service. Other duties assigned by the manager. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Climbing in and out of vehicles. Occasional stooping and bending. Ability to push/lift/pull up to 45lbs Normal range of hearing and vision REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License with good standing MVR Experience selling apparel and promotional items is a plus Excellent communication skills with focus on customer service Experience using a CRM database Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
