Responsibilities
•Lead follow up
•Real estate sales
•Database campaigns
•Lead generation
•Set appointments
•Close sales
•Sales talk mastery
•Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
•Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
•Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations
•Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
•Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
Qualifications
•Real estate license
•Good communication
•Commission opportunity
•Sales experience
•Must live within daily driving distance to the office
•Driven to succeed in sales and in life
•Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
•You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
•Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
•Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
