Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Flooring Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our reputable Flooring Company. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and promoting our extensive range of flooring solutions. Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand the customer base. Prospect potential clients, including builders, contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. Collaborate with clients to understand their flooring needs and offer suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts. Requirements Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the flooring industry. Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
