Territory Area: Fairfield, Napa, Vacaville, Vallejo, and Winters Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
(core business hours will be spent actively working in assigned sales territory meeting in-person customers at business locations, job sites, and other customer activities. Response to customers may be necessary outside of these core business hours.) Compensation: During initial 3-24 months in position, a salary guarantee of $67,000 - $75,000 is provided based on work experience. Following this period, compensation transitions to an incentive-based plan with a $1,250 per month salary ($15,000 annually) with uncapped incentive pay, company vehicle with gas card, and comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities Introduce and sell HVAC & Plumbing Supplies to residential and commercial contractors.Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach to existing and prospective customers, provide exceptional service, exceed customer expectations, and constant follow-up.Understand unique customer needs: provide tailored customer solutions, be a trusted business partner, offer product training, explore opportunities for growth, and business development training.Develop and maintain a sales plan to include short- and long-term goals for each customer and prospect.Perform a broad range of responsibilities for sales, customer development, and sales support responsibilities.Bid jobs, produce quotes, and process customer orders.Partner with branch team to ensure timely, accurate order delivery, and maintain ongoing customer satisfaction.Resolve all customer issues (disputes, quotes, returns, credits, warranties, and service failures) by the end of the following day.Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older with a good driving history. All company vehicles are equipped with dual-facing dashcam technology to ensure safety of our Team and the public.Highly preferred experience in outside sales in related industry Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals. Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills with attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines.Ability to manage a diverse customer portfolio, work independently, and manage time effectively.
