Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth?  Join a global leader in providing bolt installation tools for bridges, buildings, and large-scale industrial products that offer high-quality solutions to meet industry needs.     We are seeking an exceptional Outside Sales Representative who has a minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of building relationships and closing deals in industrial or construction-related markets. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be crucial in expanding the company's presence in the Northeast, promoting the bolt installation tools to customers in the bridge, building, and large-scale industrial sectors. This is a remote position with 50% travel to meet with clients, conduct sales meetings, and build long-lasting business relationships.        If you're driven, results-oriented, and excited about representing a trusted name in the industry, we'd love to hear from you!  
\n What You'll DoSales Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in the Northeast territory, including contractors, engineers, and project managers in industries such as construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing.     Client Meetings: Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations with new and existing clients to introduce bolt installation tools and solutions.            Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.           Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the company's products and services and be able to communicate their value proposition effectively.         Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Provide accurate forecasts and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities.         Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.       Travel: Travel extensively within the Northeast territory (approximately 50% of the time) for client meetings, product demonstrations, and trade shows.        What You NeedMinimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in a related industry (e.g., industrial tools, construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing).       Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, from decision-makers to technical staff.        Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing complex sales.          Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a remote work environment.         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.        Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.       Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product features and benefits.         Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office suite.         Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Northeast territory.           Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling products or solutions for the construction, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.Familiarity with bolt installation tools or related products is a plus.            Ability to leverage digital tools and technology for sales tracking and customer management.            Being able to lift at least 50 Lbs.      Salary & BenefitsLocation: Remote (Northeast US Territory)   Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 / Year   Commission on existing and new accounts in the territory    This is a full-time, long-term position.    The position is immediately available.    Work from home.   Monday through Friday.    Sick Time, Vacation. & PTO   7 Paid Company Holidays    Company Paid Group Life Insurance    401K after 1 yr     Health insurance options    Company cell phone    Company laptop     A company vehicle is available for local outside sales representative
