Job Overview Our company is seeking Outside Sales Representatives who have a background in sales and can interact with a wide range of clients. Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close. Must meet sales quotas and prepare reports. Responsible for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Job Responsibilities Make sales visits and calls daily Daily update spreadsheets to accurately represent sales activities Add leads, opportunities, contracts, emails, quotes, and pending installs into Billmax & Pandadoc Working with the Director of Outside Sales Prepare and deliver on-site presentations to homes or businesses explaining company values, products, and services Work with Business Partners to generate additional revenue including but not limited to preparing quotes and contracts, signing of contracts, and coordinating installation of products and services Work closely with the Infrastructure & Dispatch to provide customers with timelines of deploying each job sold Build a sales spreadsheet updated daily, tracking job deployment and ensure customer billing is correct Ability to plan, prioritize and organize duties and responsibilities Attend in-service training, conferences, and meetings, as needed Attend residential or business sales and marketing events Education and Experience: 5+ years of Business-to-Business or Residential sales experience Wireless or sales experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs High level of personal integrity An excellent communicator Works effectively as part of the Company team, communicates positively at all levels both internally and externally. Has excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills Has a professional and flexible approach Working Conditions & Travel Initial travel requirements are estimated to be around 80% but may grow as the company adds additional locations. Job Classification: Outside Sales Exempt Work Environment/Hazards: Working conditions primarily onsite at residential homes or businesses The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate High level of interaction with external/internal clients Physical Demands: Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. To perform this job successfully, the employee is frequently required to travel to residential homes and businesses. Daily movements include sitting, standing, walking, and operating company vehicle. The employee must be able to communicate via email and verbally via telephone.
