This role focuses on selling and promoting our compact equipment and attachments, growing our market share, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Manage an assigned territory and drive sales by servicing existing customers and acquiring new ones.Represent Bobcat of Brantford with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to high customer service standards.Demonstrate equipment, conduct on-site product demos, and attend to equipment deliveries.Maintain accurate CRM records and stay organized with weekly sales plans.Conduct trade evaluations and follow up with customers post-sale for ongoing satisfaction.Achieve monthly sales targets and participate in team meetings and training. Qualifications:Sales experience, ideally in equipment or machinery, with a strong customer service orientation.Ability to manage a CRM effectively and create a strategic sales plan.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to relationship-building.
