Responsibilities
• Fostering excellent customer relationships on behalf of our clients• Answering any and all product or service inquiries• Making suggestions of products and services based on customer needs• Up-selling on additional products or services• Completely closing sales when necessary• Attending daily meetings for skill development
Requirements
• High school diploma/GED or Bachelor's Degree in related field• 0-1 years of experience in customer service or sales• Excellent communication skills• Passion for customer service and sales• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
