We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to promote, sell, and secure new business.
The main responsibilities of our salesperson include but are not limited to, making inside and outside sales calls, cold calling, generating new leads, sales visits, sales presentations, soliciting new business, and attaining sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Prioritize sale activities and territory management to ensure optimum penetration and profitability.
- Prospecting and developing new client relationships
- Preparing proposals; delivering presentations for potential clients and current clients.
- Achieve assigned sales revenue and gross margin goals.
- Form working relationship with recruiting team
- Use company provided CRM to document sales activities
Client Satisfaction Functions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Perform necessary follow through on client orders.
- Work closely with clients to ensure Cardinal standards of service are being met.
- Resolves client disputes in a professional manner without losing sight of the mission.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated successful track record in sales and closing business.
- Previous experience with B2B sales preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and handle stressful situations in a calm manner.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated with high level of drive, energy and persistence.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- 2+ years experience in marketing, sales and the staffing industry or related field.
- Associate Degree in Sales & Marketing or similar field or equivalent work experience.
