Character and attitude come first, ideal experience is track record of past B2C sales success regardless of the industry, home sales of high end, quality products preferred.
Specific Skills, Traits, Competencies Interest in constantly learning and teaching Be intrinsically motivated by the next sale & positive competition Ability to leverage common sales tools to generate trust and interest from potential clients Capacity to maintain vision on, and prioritize the needs of new clients while balancing following up with and serving existing clients Basic mathematical skills Communication skills, in person, on the phone, and in writing Sound judgement Ability to flourish independently with a desire to feel part of a team Resilience and a positive attitude Responsibilities Communicate with customers regarding the alignment of their interests and goals and the products and services available from UHE Close sales including contract details, collection of deposit funds, and generating producible scopes of work Follow through on contract requirements pre-production handoff Guide customers through required decisions, such as material & colors details Support and completion of legal requirements: LEAD cert, Historical Permitting, HOA approvals, etc Introduction and walk through any required financing application and initiation Be a client advocate during the install process Follow up with existing clients with an aim to generate future word of mouth clientele Participate in a BNI / other networking opportunities to generate future sale opportunities Living to UHE Core Values

Position is full commission after salaried training period. Average earning for first year reps has been $75k to $100k+.
