Position Overview: The Owners Representative Commercial & Healthcare is responsible for representing the owners interest throughout the new construction and renovation process for commercial and healthcare projects. This position will provide project management and oversee all phases of construction from initial concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, construction, and commissioning of commercial and healthcare projects Interface with the owner, contractor, architect, engineer, and other project stakeholders Ensure the project is completed according to specifications, budget, and timeline Provide project management and superintendent services Manage and document change orders Ensure the highest quality of workmanship in accordance with the approved budget and schedule Monitor, coordinate, and provide oversight of the construction process Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, applicable codes, and regulations Provide progress reports, status updates, and close out documentation Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5 years experience in construction and/or development, ground-up, T.I., build-outs, renovations, owners rep, project management, and/or superintending Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and regulations Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other necessary software Benefits Full benefits
