Our client in the Central Dallas area is seeking a P-Card/ Credit Card Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities include: Set up, add, change and inactivate corporate credit cardholder information and profiles Directly assist cardholders/credit card provider with problems regarding cards, transactions and expense reports Notify credit card provider of lost/stolen credit cards Perform account maintenance, such as changes to MCC restrictions, temporary and/or permanent changes to cardholders' account limits, etc.
Send monthly credit card activity to executive administrators Assist AP with reconciliation of vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies Experience with large accounting ERP (SAP/ Oracle) is a plus
