Personal Assistant to Senior Director £48,000- £55,000( ad hoc 1-day flexible working) Our client, a boutique property company with an enviable market reputation, is seeking a proactive, agile and professional PA to provide support to a Senior Director and Partner. This is a varied and diverse role in a fast-paced environment, which will see you managing complex diaries, constantly changing calendar schedules and working directly with a broad range of stakeholders and clients.
Our client is keen to meet candidates who have had prior experience supporting at the Director level, ideally on a one-to-one basis, and who have had corporate PA experience.
Key Responsibilities:Calendar management: short/long term diary planning, booking lunches, meetings, calls, IR meetingsSense checking meetings: arranging travel and papers prepared in advance where possibleInbox management; monitoring, flagging, and respondingHave excellent knowledge of internal and external stakeholders and consultantsWork closely with other PAs especially in the office ensuring best practices throughout the officeHave a good knowledge of administrative and operating policies and proceduresThis is a truly great place to work with a collaborative, diverse and supportive culture in one of London's leading dining & retail destinations.
