Responsibilities
• Improve and optimize retail packaging assets• Develop asset strategies with operations leaders• Implement operating practices in designated workstreams• Support capital projects for packaging assets• Track KPIs, identify learning opportunities, and manage change• Accelerate technician development through immersive learning• Collaborate with Manufacturing Transformation Leaders for learning and development initiatives• Provide troubleshooting support and develop operational centerlines• Assist packaging equipment vendors with upgrades and enhancements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Packaging Science• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products• Experience working in cross-functional teams• Knowledge of production, converting, and finishing of paper goods• Experience with change management and transformation initiatives• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics• Project management experience
