Packaging Operations Operator

Roles & Responsibilities Move materials from storage to workspace using material handling equipment. Package final products according to approved procedures. Maintain accurate records following Good Documentation Practices. Operate and clean production equipment, monitoring process parameters. Maintain production records, including logs and batch history. Ensure final product meets weight tolerance standards. Exercise judgment in planning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Adhere to safety policies and procedures. Work overtime as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience Required High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environment. Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle materials throughout shift. Proficiency in standing, walking, and climbing stairs during workday. Capable of passing physical examinations for forklift operations and respirator fit test. Skills & Certifications Record keeping. Problem-solving Safety compliance Overtime flexibility Equipment operation and cleaning Eligibilities & qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum three years of relevant experience. Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing. Ability to pass required examinations for equipment operation and safety.
