More Clicks is seeking Packers to join our team in Cincinnati. As a Packer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate packaging of merchandise for shipment to our customers.
Responsibilities: Retrieve merchandise from designated storage areas and prepare it for packaging. Package merchandise according to company standards, ensuring items are securely wrapped and protected during transit. Label packages accurately with shipping information and tracking numbers. Verify the accuracy of orders and double-check packaging to ensure completeness. Assist with loading packages onto delivery trucks and transporting them to the shipping area. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area, including disposing of packaging materials and recycling cardboard boxes. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines for handling merchandise. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus. Previous experience as a packer or in a similar role preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as labeling and packaging. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
