Job Overview: As a Paid Ads Specialist at ThriveCart, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms to achieve measurable business results. You will work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling ad strategies that attract, convert, and retain customers while staying on top of emerging trends in digital advertising.

What Your Work Will Entail: Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Define campaign goals, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs to align with ThriveCart's growth objectives. Test and refine ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve results. Optimize ad performance by adjusting bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creatives. Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ad variations. Work with the content and design teams to develop eye-catching creatives and persuasive ad copy that align with ThriveCart's brand voice. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid campaigns complement organic efforts and other promotional activities. Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Manage ad spend efficiently to achieve campaign goals while maintaining budget discipline. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, platform updates, and best practices. Explore new advertising platforms and opportunities to expand ThriveCart's reach. What You Bring To This Role: 3+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably for SaaS or e-commerce brands. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards. Proven track record of running successful campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization. Excellent communication and project management skills. Familiarity with ThriveCart or other e-commerce platforms. Experience with retargeting campaigns and funnel-based advertising strategies. Knowledge of programmatic advertising and display networks.
