Looking for a paid media specialist who can drive growth and elevate our brand impact through expert paid media strategies. ??

We are seeking our next Paid Media Specialist to join our entrepreneurial and mission-driven team. In this role, you will lead strategic paid media campaigns to increase our reach and drive high-quality traffic. You'll optimize ad performance through data-driven insights and work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with our brand's goals.

You'd be a great fit if you have:
?? A proven track record in DTC e-commerce.
?? A deep understanding of paid media platforms and direct-response marketing.
?? The ability to manage large ad budgets.
?? Extensive experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
?? Expertise in direct-response marketing strategies.
?? Demonstrated success managing a minimum of $150k in monthly ad spend.
?? Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize and scale ad performance based on data insights.

Responsibilities:
? Campaign Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns to drive high-performance results.
? Strategic Recommendations: Identify and recommend new paid media opportunities that align with business growth objectives.
? Ad Strategy Development: Craft and execute direct-response marketing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
? Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage ad spend to ensure optimal use of resources.
? Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve campaigns to enhance return on investment (ROI), making data-driven adjustments to targeting, bidding, and creative elements.
? A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing A/B tests to identify high-performing creatives, copy, and audience segments.
? Reporting & Analysis: Deliver regular performance reports, providing in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations for improvement.
? Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure seamless alignment between ad copy, visuals, and campaign strategies.

Qualifications
? Minimum 3+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce environment.
? Excellent communication and reporting skills, with a focus on providing actionable insights.
? Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
