As a Paid Search Supervisor at Fingerpaint, your role will encompass overseeing all aspects of paid search campaigns to drive engagement and results that align with each client's overarching omni-channel media campaign.
The Paid Search Supervisor is a key role as you will collaborate with both the extended media team, as well as the cross-functional departments within the agency.
Your leadership and expertise will drive success in the dynamic world of digital advertising.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Oversee the development of Paid Search, YouTube, and Native Text campaigns, ensuring they are strategically aligned with client objectives and best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate with larger media and brand strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with our omni-channel approach for assigned brands.
Partner with digital strategy and analytics teams to develop, tag, and track KPIs and measurement plans.
Strategy: Lead client strategy and reporting calls, demonstrating a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and SEM's role in achieving brand goals.
Perform competitive audits, keyword research, and develop ad copy as needed.
Conduct testing and optimizations to improve overall performance and drive cost-efficient engagement.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Regular monitoring and analysis of campaign performance in order to identify testing and optimization opportunities.
Work closely with strategy and analytics teams to develop insights for ongoing client reports, as well as present to clients.
Management & Development: Lead the development and onboarding process for new hires and direct reports, as well as manage their ongoing growth and workflow.
Work closely with associate team members, providing guidance and QA of their work across ongoing optimizations and financial tasks.
Thought Leadership: Stay informed about new tools, trends, and best practices in the search marketplace through research and industry events.
Contribute to POVs on changes to the search landscape for both internal and external distribution.
Capability Growth: Identify ways to further grow the Paid Search department capabilities by meeting with third-party vendors to understand new offerings, as well as identify areas for new processes and training materials.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in managing Paid Search accounts.
Strong business and leadership skills to make independent decisions affecting campaign management.
Experience with mentoring, managing, and team development preferred.
Ability to make data-driven recommendations based on statistically significant data sets.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Web Analytics software, such as Google Analytics and Tableau, and bid management tools like Search Ads 360.
Healthcare/Pharmaceutical background is a plus.
Previous certification in Google Ads (Search & Video Ads), Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 certifications are a plus.
Organic SEO experience is a plus.
