We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsThe painter performs the general duties necessary to prepare and paint or cover interior and exterior surfaces.Repairs and maintains all painted and wallpapered surfaces Maintains inventory of supplies for painting and repairsAssists the facilities department in other required maintenanceThe painter will also have responsibilities for maintenance and servicing of hospital buildings and properties and will be assigned preventative maintenance and daily non-scheduled work requests.What qualifications you will need:3-5 years experience in painting, wall papering, plaster and lath repair, sheet rock repair and maintenance in a healthcare settingGood mechanical aptitude with excellent knowledge of painting techniques, working with a variety of wall coverings building materials and repair.
Understanding of basic infection control procedures for healthcare facilities.
