Paralegal 1Year Legal Experience Required

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Paralegal to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys to support our clients' cases from inception to resolution.

RESPONSABILITIES

Conducting legal research and investigation into personal injury cases.

Coordinating with medical providers and experts to gather evidence and build strong cases.

Assisting with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.

Reviewing medical records and other documentation related to clients' injuries.

Assisting with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and coordinating witness interviews.

Providing general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.

Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Requesting and obtaining medical records, bills, and other relevant documents from medical providers and institutions in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures.

At least 1 year of pre-litigation personal injury experience or as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in legal research and writing.

Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Work Schedule (In office only)

Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
