Micron's Legal Department is poised for growth and innovation, and we are seeking a paralegal to support our construction and real estate team as we move to the next level. Reporting to our global head of real estate, construction, and utilities, this role will support Micron's expansion in multiple locations in the United States. Micron intends to invest $50 billion through 2030 to build leading-edge memory manufacturing facilities in the U.S. This role will provide paralegal support to our construction and real estate attorneys and work closely with our procurement, construction, facilities, real estate, and utility teams in connection with these historic and transformational investments. This role is for you if you are not only passionate about construction and real estate, but passionate about being part of a forward-looking team and making a difference.
What You'll Do:
Support and process high volumes of complex construction, real estate, facilities, utility, and other contracts.
Maintain records, databases, documents, and files; conduct research; and review and compose legal correspondence.
Advise and assist Micron attorneys regarding construction and real estate interactions and disputes with suppliers/vendors/contractors, while balancing the business interests of clients.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years' experience as a paralegal in contract law, with an emphasis on construction and real estate.
Deep experience with large development/construction projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate, demonstrate diplomacy, and otherwise interact well with colleagues and management.
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work product.
Strong work ethic and ability to handle and advance multiple projects simultaneously.
