Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team.
This position is hybrid – one day remote. The firm offers a collaborative environment and great benefits. Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys with complex transactional matters including corporate law, commercial real estate, and trusts and estatesDrafting and filing business entity documentsConducting UCC searchesPreparing real estate closing binders, tax returns, and estate planning documentsCorresponding with clientsTracking deadlines and calendaringPerforming legal research Requirements: 5+ years of recent transactional paralegal experienceStrong MS Office knowledge including ExcelExcellent communication skillsGreat time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment The anticipated salary range for this position is between $90,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus.
