Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Paralegal to support a corporate, banking, and estate planning practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, filing, and managing business entity documents, as well as expertise in complex commercial real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, file, and manage business entity documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnershipsConduct UCC searches, lien searches, title examinations, asset searches, and foreclosuresAssist in real estate conveyancing and the preparation of commercial loan documents and closing bindersSupport the administration of complex and taxable estates, including the preparation of state and federal estate tax returnsDraft ancillary estate planning documents such as durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, living wills, HIPAA forms, and basic funding documentsAssist with ILIT administrationMaintain and manage calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filingsConduct research using online portals, including registries of deedsUtilize Excel for data management and reporting experience Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of paralegal experience in corporate, banking, and estate planning practicesStrong knowledge of business entity formation and managementExperience in complex commercial real estate transactionsFamiliarity with estate planning and administration processesProficiency in calendaring, deadline tracking, and using legal research toolsExperience with estate tax filing applications (ideally GEMS) is preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Salary range is up to $95K plus discretionary bonuses.
