The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States. Principal Purpose of Position: Maintain Car Manufacturer ("OEM") records, including Dealer Sales & Service Agreements for all 59 Holman dealerships, platform agreements or similar agreements between Holman and OEMs, and other agreements and documents (collectively, "OEM Agreements"). Gather, organize, and file data and documentation required by OEMs under OEM Agreements and OEM policies and procedures. Make and track all filings with the OEMs. Manage data and documentation required for OEM filings which may include real estate acquisition and ownership documentation, construction documentation, licenses, permits, and inspections fictitious name/DBA registration(s), ownership information (entity structure and shareholder information), information on personnel, banking information, and other data. Filings with OEMs include: (a) ownership changes (including changes in entity structure or name);
(b) changes in officers or directors, including promotions and resignations; and
(c) changes in locations of dealership. Gain familiarity with OEM systems and portals and establish and maintain relationships with OEM personnel who receive and review filings, training OEM personnel when OEM personnel turns over. Handle highly sensitive personal and business information, including personal financial statements and data, and business financial statements and data for Holman owners and senior leaders. Support Holman with respect to dealership acquisitions and divestitures, including onboarding new OEMs. Coordinate closely with Holman Family Office and Holman Stock Sales personnel handling Corporate Governance to ensure filings are accurate and timely. Develop and maintain reporting on activities described above. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Education and/or Training: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus Proficient in various desktop tools including MSOffice Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.) Relevant Work Experience: 2-4 years' experience Expertise in a technical or functional area Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge: Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem solving skills Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and effectiveness in work Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work Adjusts quickly to new or changing assignments, processes and people Displays professionalism and remains composed when faced with challenges Learns from experience; modifies behavior to be more effective Recognizes one's own strengths and opportunities for growth Solves a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions and assesses each using standard procedures Applies expertise to improve efficiency and accomplish objectives within own area of responsibility Understands the key business drivers; uses this knowledge in own work. We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $28.92 - $41.94 USD per hour.
