Job Title: Paralegal - Plaintiff Personal Injury
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team specializing in plaintiff personal injury cases.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.Prepare and summarize medical records and other evidence for use in cases.Manage case calendars and deadlines, ensuring timely filings and responses.Assist with trial preparation, including creating trial binders and exhibits. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in plaintiff personal injury.Must be a Dallas County resident.Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures, particularly in federal court (experience in federal court is a plus).Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
