Major Duties: You will serve as a Paralegal Specialist in the Magistrate Court Branch, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate.You will research, analyze, and evaluate information and case files for attorneys on all criminal law subjects.You will determine which statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures to review for applicable precedents and legislative history.You will identify pertinent facts and issues for research and suggest legal interpretations of reference material and prepare initial summary recommendations for attorneys.You will review investigative files and summarize documentary and testimonial evidence.Requirements: Evaluations: Once the announcement has closed, a review of your application package (resume, supporting documents, and responses to the questionnaire) will be used to determine whether you meet the qualification requirements listed on this announcement.
