Parking Supervisor

PARKING SUPERVISOR BASIC FUNCTION                                                                  The Parking Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of the parking facilities, along with operating shuttle busses and greeting guests. The Parking Supervisor is often one of the first persons to meet and greet our resort guests and must possess excellent customer service skills. Maintaining composure under pressure will be key to offering our guests a quality resort experience. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES                                        Setting up parking lot lanes in the morning, including cones, barriers and signage for ambulance lanes.Parking cars, greeting guests and answering guest's questionsManaging flow of traffic through parking lotsPlowing and SandingWork with group bus drivers to park in the most efficient mannerKeeping walkways and steps clear of snow and spreading salt/traction aids when appropriateManaging trash in the parking lots, drop-off area and walkwaysOther duties as assigned by management SUPERVISION RECEIVED                                                            Direction is received from the Facility Manager QUALIFICATIONS                                                                 Must be at least 18 years of age or olderBe able to lift at least 30 poundsWear proper footwear and clothingWork in adverse outdoor winter environments for extended periods of timeEffectively manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment At Ragged Mountain we work as a team, flexing with the business and team needs.
