LCRA has an opportunity to become a Parks Customer Service Representative I, where you can be a part of a great organization and enjoy nature and the outdoors. As our Parks Customer Service Representative I, you will have the opportunity to join our team in LCRA's East District Parks. Here you'll have the opportunity to create amazing memories for guests and their families. This position will assist with customer service, reservations, cash collections & reconciliations, prepare deposits and facilitate rentals. You will be trusted to:
- Provide outstanding customer service and coordinate customer reservations.
- Answer the park phone for specific location and the LCRA park line for all parks.
- Facilitate facility and amenity rentals.
- Collect and count cash deposited at parks in honor boxes.
- Open and close a cash register and operate a point of sale system.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels within the retail store.
- Operate with integrity and a focus on safety.

You qualify with:
- Zero or more years of experience in providing customer service and operation of an electronic Point-Of-Sale System, preferably in a park or hotel setting or relevant experience.
- Driver's license
You are a great fit with:
- One or more years of experience in customer service with the general public.
- Excel proficiency.
