The City of Peoria Parks and Recreation Department has an excellent opportunity for a Parks and Facilities Maintenance Coordinator.
The purpose of this position is to coordinate and oversee daily maintenance of the City's 3 community pools, 36 neighborhood parks, 3 community parks, and the Peoria Sports Complex, while also providing direct support to the Department's Facilities Services division.
The Parks and Facilities Maintenance Coordinator also oversees full-time staff.
The full hiring range for this position is: $70,124 - $86,955, depending on experience.

Other Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduation or equivalency. A minimum of three (3) years of moderate previous experience required in the same or similar previous positions. Three (3) years of facilities experience, including plumbing, lighting and HVAC knowledge. Attainment of Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Chlorine Safe Handling Certifications within 6 months of hire. Physical stamina and endurance, in addition to having the ability to lift between 10 and 25 pounds. A valid driver's license is required upon hire.
