Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate a team of 20 employees to deliver outstanding service. Oversee day-to-day facility operations to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records. Assist the General Manager in various administrative tasks and projects. Requirements: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Availability to work weekends is a must. Reliable and able to work independently.
