Clinical 6 weeks of house staff medicine coverage per year Program Lead morning reports as needed Participate in PI/QI projects Participate in annual DOM CME conference Participate in residency applicant interviews per need Commitment and dedication to education of resident physicians in all clinical areas Maintain good relationships with all clinical educators Participate in the many educational efforts of the GSM Attending physician on house staff medicine Member of the Clinical Competence Committee Member of the Program Evaluation Committee Other academic committees as assigned by the PD or Chair Responsibilities for Resident Education Principal teaching responsibility for IM residents (Morning report, M&M, CPC, Patient safety, etc as needed) Bedside teaching Research Participate in publishing case reports, PI/QI projects, resident presentations Administrative Attend departmental committee meetings Basic Qualification
