Part-Time Chef

A UHNWI is looking for a chef local to The Hamptons to work on an ad hoc basis over the year.
Typically, this would be for 3 days a week during the "off season" with perhaps some extra days over the holidays and the summer period. She is looking for someone who can help with "home cooking" style as opposed to restaurant plating, focusing on the healthy Mediterranean diet, with some classic American food and European flavours and styles.
Location: Southampton, NY (cooking in person or at home as needed)
Number of people: Day to day 1-3, over the holidays a little more, summer perhaps larger groups
Meals Needed: Lunches and Dinners
Style: Family style, farm-to-table
Dietaries: Gluten free, healthy options
Days: As needed, as much notice as possible given – with an understanding they might not be available if dates not pre-booked
Salary: From $600 per day and up DOE
