Part-Time Craftsman/Handyman - Flexible Hours

Winchester Country Club is looking for a part-time Craftsman/Handyman. The ideal person is flexible, knowledgeable, and always up to a challenge with proven skills to provide quality repairs in a beautiful clubhouse boasting character and charm. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and competitive wages working with a great team! Job Requirements/Qualifications: Must be flexible, reliable, and dependable. Able to carry out and understand directions and instructions. Able to comply with safety regulations. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Valid Drivers License. Flexible Hours. During peak times, extended hours may be available. Responsibilities: A skilled trade worker that uses hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery in their daily work. Able to work with many different types of wood, metal, plastic, and glass. Can produce skilled carpentry working on anything from, but may not be limited to, furniture, walls, piping, tiling, forming, framing, repairing, remodeling, painting, trim work, hanging doors, drilling, hardware for doors, set windows, layout stairs, common rafters, and any other such needs determined by the Club. Ability to be highly-creative when developing, specking, customizing, and/or reading a set of blueprints. Interpret drawings, sketches, and work orders. Adhere to all federal, state, and local building codes and regulations. Able to work in environments (both indoor and outdoor) where safety is paramount and protection is mandatory as well as environments where weather conditions may quickly change and temperatures may exceed 90 degrees F.
