Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide part-time support for a variety of human resources functions. This role involves collaborating with company leadership to manage HR projects, improve HR processes, and advise on strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, and talent management to support the business's people strategy.
\n Responsibilites and Duties:Lead or contribute to HR-related projects such as DEI initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and retention strategies.Develop, review, and update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.Assist in creating job descriptions, interview frameworks, and onboarding materials for new hires.Offer insights and strategies for improving organizational culture and employee satisfaction.Maintain and analyze HR metrics to track key indicators such as turnover, engagement, and recruitment.Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting trends and recommending HR improvements.Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and processes. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with 2+ years of HR experience.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong research, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Ppt, Excel) and internet applicationsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English
