Your Superpowers Will Include: Handling guestroom and public space repairs Helping with renovation projects, electrical, plumbing, HVAC fixes Pool and spa maintenance (because we all love a good swim, right?)
Keeping the exterior in top shape - think landscaping, painting, and yes, snow shoveling in winter!
Quarterly mattress flips and maintaining company vans (if applicable) Bonus Points For: Experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work Hospitality experience (we love a team player who's worked in hotels before!)

Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) preferred.
A minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry preferred.
Hospitality experience a plus.
Certifications in plumbing, electrical, and pool maintenance a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc.
