• Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner• Educate patients and their families on wound care• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans• Minimum 1 year of experience in wound care• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong time management and organizational abilities
Requirements
