Job descriptionCompensation and Bonus Package 64-65k - part-time based on 10 month schedule Hybrid schedule About the Organization and Position Wonderful, well established non-profit provider of behavioral health services to children, youth, and families is searching for a Clinical Training Director for their team. As the oldest children's charity in the Western US, this organization helps individuals and their loved ones who struggle with mental illness and behavioral health issues by providing treatment, prevention programs, and more.
Position Summary The Associate Clinical Training Director assists the Clinical Training Coordinator in directing and managing the clinical psychology training program, including the clinical supervisors, CAPIC interns, and psychology practicum students.

Responsibilities Provides individual and group supervision to psychological interns, post docs and trainees.Develops and oversees multi-faceted components of clinical training, including didactic seminars, case conference, assessment supervision, and program meetings.Supervises and directs teaching/admin assistants with completing tasks related to clinical training and assessment.Collaborates with training directors from each affiliated University and coordinates opportunities for outreach (BAPIC/CAPIC fairs).Takes lead in organizing interviews/hiring for advanced trainees (advanced practicum students in open match, interns and post docs) and actively participates in BAPIC, APPIC and APA match interviews/ranking.Requirements Required: Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, EdD) in Clinical, School, or Counseling Psychology or a related field.Required: CA Psychology License.Preferred: At least three years' experience as a licensed psychologist.Preferred: At least 5 years' experience as a clinical supervisor and clinical training coordinator.
